To be held in the Saloon, Trades Hall of Glasgow,

85 Glassford Street, Glasgow G1 1UH

6.30pm for 7.00pm

During the evening there will be a lot to educate and entertain you.

The Deacon will place mementoes of his year in office in the Craft's handsome elm Box. In addition, Cordiners sponsored student prizes will be awarded to our prizewinners.

There will also be a presentation from a representative of Scottish Leather Group on Sustainability and Leather within the automative, aviation and other industries, as well as a representative from Glasgow City Council’s Physical Education, Physical Activity and School Sports Department who will talk about the benefits that have accrued for Glasgow schoolchildren as a result of the funding that they have received from the Craft over the last year as part of the Craft’s Body & Sole initiative.

The evening will include a buffet supper, accompanied by wine or soft drinks, as well as musical entertainment.

For new members who haven’t yet received their Membership Certificates, this would be an ideal opportunity.

Tickets for the Box Opening Supper are available at a cost of £35 each. Payment can be made by cheque, made payable to Monteith Solicitors Limited Client Account, or by electronic transfer to Bank of Scotland sort code 80-22-60, account 17825363, with the reference Cordiners.
